Tobias is a Penguin

Tobias has spent every weekday morning - even the cold and rainy ones - of the past 2 weeks taking swimming lessons to earn his Penguin badge. Today he took the test and passed with flying colors! It is incredible how far he has come since learning to swim last summer.
